Responsibilities
Liaison between practice administrators for their groups
Liaison between collection agencies
Oversee AR
Review monthly profile analysis reports
Review monthly executive summaries
Review dashboards to maintain the health of the client
Work with Client Service managers on client questions regarding the AR
Work with follow up / Teams Leads to ensure specific issues, projects or problems are being resolved
Review letters of hardships
Attend client meetings when requested by the Client Service Manager
Qualifications
5+ years of AR experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Review of DSO, aging, client outstanding reports
Responsible for escalated collections
Spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required
