Project Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Support human resources and project managers by assisting with various procedures and activities, coordinating and planning efforts to effectively complete paperwork associated with assigned projects while maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Prioritize project or service requests that include, but are not limited to purchase orders, job setup, and job numbers
• Assist with the preparation of subcontracts; track changes; prepare and maintain files, assist in issuing change orders and monitor status.
• Assist with submittal of permit applications and inspection requests.
• Assist Leadership Team and extended management team with special projects.
• Update and/or track necessary reports and contracts on a weekly or monthly basis
• Answers, screens, and transfers phone calls.
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
• High school graduate
• ERP experience 
• 3 + years administrative experience, construction industry experience is helpful

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize between competing demands
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects for multiple managers with a short turn-around time
• Able to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
