Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $21- $23.08 with a 10% – 15% potential bonus depending on previous experience
Location: Westborough, MA
Hours: Monday – Friday; 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Answer the front door and greet office visitors
• Answer the telephone and send/reply to emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule and confirm client and prospect meetings
• Prepare virtual meetings and in-person meeting rooms
• Prepare materials for daily client/prospect meetings
• Maintain tidy and professional lobby and conference rooms
• Retrieve and distribute mail and packages from mailroom
• Accept and distribute deliveries and coordinate all UPS/USPS shipments
• Make copies and fax documents
• Work collaboratively with other assistants to always ensure coverage of phones, reception desks, and guest greetings
• Update and maintain client records
• Coordinate client mailings
• Coordinate and attend meetings, as appropriate
• Assist in various projects as needed
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role preferred
• Positive, energetic attitude and extraordinary customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs, and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
• A self-starter who can work independently on multiple, time-sensitive tasks
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers, printers, fax machines

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
