Key Responsibilities

Schedule meter replacement appointments.

Create, update, and close service orders.

Track progress of meter replacements and follow up as needed.

Communicate with customers and field staff.

Maintain accurate records and data entry.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Customer service or administrative experience preferred.

Experience with service order or utility systems is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
