Administrative Specialist

Title: Administrative Specialist
Contract: End of year, subject to change 
Hours: M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm
Schedule: 2 days onsite (Mondays & Thursdays)

  • Training will be fully onsite – then switches to hybrid
  • Laptop and equipment provided

Pay: $20-$23/hr, depending on experience
Location: Boston, MA 02118

Job responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Data Clean-Up
  • Review donor information for accuracy and correct appropriately
  • Update donor communication preferences
  • Merge record
  • Report & Track Data
  • Run reports from database to update internal tracking documents with information
  • Campaign performance
  • Email open/bounces, etc.
  • Ability to work within spreadsheets (2hrs min at a time)
  • Customer service experience
  • Administrative tasks
  • Detail oriented
  • Good with a fast-paced environment 
    Skills:
    • Excellent administrative and communication skills
    • Proven ability to handle multiple and varied tasks
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proven ability to work within an organization emphasizing teamwork and excellence
    • Sensitivity, tact, diplomacy, and the ability to honor confidentiality

    Qualifications:

    • Must Have – Non-profit interest, Mission driven
    • At least 1-2 years of full-time professional experience in development, administrative support or comparable field, preferred
    • Proficient in use of CRM database
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs with strong experience in Excel and Word
