Title: Administrative Specialist
Contract: End of year, subject to change
Hours: M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm
Schedule: 2 days onsite (Mondays & Thursdays)
- Training will be fully onsite – then switches to hybrid
- Laptop and equipment provided
Pay: $20-$23/hr, depending on experience
Location: Boston, MA 02118
Job responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Data Clean-Up
- Review donor information for accuracy and correct appropriately
- Update donor communication preferences
- Merge record
- Report & Track Data
- Run reports from database to update internal tracking documents with information
- Campaign performance
- Email open/bounces, etc.
- Ability to work within spreadsheets (2hrs min at a time)
- Customer service experience
- Administrative tasks
- Detail oriented
- Good with a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Must Have – Non-profit interest, Mission driven
- At least 1-2 years of full-time professional experience in development, administrative support or comparable field, preferred
- Proficient in use of CRM database
- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs with strong experience in Excel and Word
