- Hours are flexible, in between 8a-9a with out times to fit the scheduled hours they choose

Job Description Summary
Performs general administrative duties, including typing general correspondence, memos, forms, reports, charts, etc. Assists in preparing more complex administrative reports, and special reports/analyses as directed. Reviews assignments with the Superior as necessary. Performs related and routine office duties such as but not limited to filing, data entry/retrieval, mail distribution, greeting visitors, and answering telephones.

- Day-to-day administrative support to facilitate efficient functioning of the office.
- Enters data on spreadsheets or other software according to the prescribed procedure.
- Preparing more complex administrative reports, and special reports/analyses as directed.
- Manages annual meeting schedules, invites, attendee directories.
- Prepares confidential correspondence and surveys in accordance with established department policies and procedures.
- Greets and receives visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Screens incoming calls and routes to appropriate personnel or takes message in accordance with established department procedures.
- Calendar management: schedules meetings, sends meeting reminders and makes routine conference arrangements.
- Maintains department record-keeping and filing systems and classifies, sorts, and files correspondence, articles, records, and other documents.
- Prepares, sends, and tracks DocuSign mailings.
- Orders and stocks kitchen supplies
- Orders office supplies
- Assists assigned leaders with onboarding of new staff.
- Cross coverage for alternate Admin staff
- Manages incoming faxes.
- Logs incoming checks.
Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills to include formatting of business documents such as letters, meeting minutes, agendas, etc.
- Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, ZOOM, Survey Monkey Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience is preferred. Prior experience with departmental terminology and software is preferred.
- Ability to work well as a team and independently.
- Ability to organize workload and manage multiple projects.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Minimum: High School/GED
Knowledge of health insurance industry a plus
Required Experience:
1-2 years relevant administrative experience
