Apartment Maintenance Tech

We are looking for a Maintenance Tech to join the staff at our 200 unit Class A property near Pottstown.  

Property is 25 years old and looking to pay $20-23/hr with a schedule of 8-430 Mon-Fri

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Daily inspection/clean-up of the community
Daily inspections of vacant homes for cleanliness and minor repairs
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Physicals demands include: pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying 50lbs or more.
Great people skills – maintains professional and courteous attitude when dealing with residents, co-workers and vendors.
Regular and consistent attendance.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Summary
As a Groundskeeper/Maintenance professional, you will be essential in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your role involves landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and general maintenance tasks. With core skills in lawn care and gardening, along with premium expertise in irrigation systems, you will ensure healthy and vibrant landscapes. Your relevant experience with hand and power tools, coupled with a valid driver’s license, will enable you to perform tasks efficiently and safely. Qualifications

Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools
Strong knowledge of customer service/customer care
Familiarity with basic maintenance
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to perform maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
