Professional Management company is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for their 150 unit LIHTC portfolio in Downtown Buffalo
The company is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in the affordable housing world and will pay around $25/hour with a schedule of 830am – 5pm Mon-Fri

The Assistant Property Manager is to assist the Property Manager in effectively managing the assigned community.  In the Property Manager’s absence, the Assistant Property Manager will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing community objectives as set forth by the Property Manager and the Regional Property Manager.  In addition, the Assistant Manager is directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.

  • Resident Retention
  • Compliance – Recertifications
  • Minor Financials
  • Neighborhood Marketing
  • Property Safety
  • Fair Housing training/certification required annually.
  • Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous recertification experience
  • Tax credit and HUD background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized with keen attention to detail
  • Skilled in Realpage
