Bookkeeper Automotive or Automotive Controller- has to have automotive/dealership exp.  

$25.00- $40.00 Per Hour with Benefits!  
 

•  account analysis, financial analysis, and fin management 

• Responsibilities:
  – Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
  – Perform account reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  – Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  – Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  – Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  – Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
  – Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

  Experience:
  – Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  – Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
  – Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
  – Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  – Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports
  – Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

   Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, account reconciliation, account analysis, financial analysis, and financial management are essential for this role.
