Behavioral Health Clinician – LCSW

Salary: $68,000 – $80,000
Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri, 2-3 remote days/week

Qualifications: LCSW license, experience?providing clinical services
**Must have COVID vaccine or medical/religious exemption

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose mental, emotional, developmental and behavioral health challenges in individuals, couples and families based on established clinical standards.
Conduct patient screening using standardized tools. Formulate treatment plans and reviews.
Provide mental and behavioral health treatment to patients in an integrated community healthcare clinic
Provide treatment, including individual, group and/or family therapy, and some substance abuse counseling when necessary.
Coordinate with other clinical and social service providers and care coordinators.
Document all aspects of clinical care in the electronic health record (we use eCW) within required timelines.
Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
