Bilingual Assistant Condo Manager (35/ Hr)

Monday- Friday Office Hours 

  • Evenings as needed
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance standards are met and coordinate with facilities staff for necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager on administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and respond to resident inquiries/requests/concerns promptly. Manage and track interactions as needed.
  • Must be able to handle rapidly changing situations. Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
  • Must be able to work on-call on assigned weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Responsible for inventory control
  • Establish and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Oversee the turnover of vacant units for new residents

Requirements

  • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining records.
  • Experience in facilities management is beneficial for overseeing maintenance needs.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
  • Proficiency in property management software, Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management is advantageous.
  • Drivers license & reliable vehicle
  • Fluent in Spanish
