Schedule: M-F 9AM-5PM with a rotating Saturday coverage from 8AM-1PM (once every 6 weeks)
Pay: $24/hr
This role consists of high volume phone calls.
Job Overview
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving customer concerns, processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for Customer Care Representative
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
- Attention to detail
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of computer software. Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
- Experience in the sanitation or construction industry is a plus
