Hiring for a BILIANGUAL ( Spanish) Front Desk Administrator

Hours 9AM-5:30PM

Pay $20/hr – MAY flex within reason

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for welcoming visitors in a courteous manner by greeting and providing superior hospitality and supporting all administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
  • Welcome visitors in a courteous manner by greeting and providing support and hospitality
  • Process all visitors in accordance with all current Company, local, state, and national guidance
  • Maintain visitor logs and other sign off sheets and logs
  • Answer telephone and correctly route calls
  • Assist employees by translating communication
  • Receive and accurately route mail and packages
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Assist in maintaining calendars and schedules
  • Assist with credit card reconciliation
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized reception areas, conference room, and office supply closet
  • Consistently checking reception area and conference room to ensure they are up to standards
  • Perform administrative support functions such as typing, scanning, faxing, translating, and filing in a confidential and organized manner
  • Assist in employee satisfaction by dispersing and keeping inventory of employee merchandise
  • Maintain office supplies and conduct a weekly inventory, including receiving internal requisitions
  • Effectively communicate needs to the Purchasing Department
  • Maintain and update distribution and internal contact lists
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Other tasks as assigned by Senior Management

Requirement’s

  • Will accept strong retail experience 
  • Must be bilingual ( Spanish)

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
