Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Salary: $72,000
Schedule: Full-time M-F
A behavioral health program serving latency-age and adolescent youth is seeking a full-time BCBA to join its residential clinical team. This role focuses on developing and implementing individualized behavioral strategies, training staff, and helping youth work toward their treatment goals in a therapeutic, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

Model and coach on data collection and intervention strategies

Lead group therapy and provide direct support to youth

Deliver training and consultation to program staff

Write IEP goals, treatment objectives, and maintain accurate documentation

Provide crisis intervention and assist in the de-escalation of behaviors

Maintain communication with families, staff, and external stakeholders

Transport clients as needed (using agency or personal vehicle)
Qualifications:

Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

BCBA certification required

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Personal auto insurance that meets minimum coverage requirements:
$100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident (bodily injury), $100,000 (property damage) -
Must pass all required background checks (CORI, DCF, EEC)
