Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Salary: $72,000
Schedule: Full-time M-F

A behavioral health program serving latency-age and adolescent youth is seeking a full-time BCBA to join its residential clinical team. This role focuses on developing and implementing individualized behavioral strategies, training staff, and helping youth work toward their treatment goals in a therapeutic, supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

  • Model and coach on data collection and intervention strategies

  • Lead group therapy and provide direct support to youth

  • Deliver training and consultation to program staff

  • Write IEP goals, treatment objectives, and maintain accurate documentation

  • Provide crisis intervention and assist in the de-escalation of behaviors

  • Maintain communication with families, staff, and external stakeholders

  • Transport clients as needed (using agency or personal vehicle)


Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

  • BCBA certification required

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

  • Personal auto insurance that meets minimum coverage requirements:
    $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident (bodily injury), $100,000 (property damage)

  • Must pass all required background checks (CORI, DCF, EEC)
