We are working with a Luxury Apartment buildin gin Saratoga Springs that is in need of a Building Attendant for evening work.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring both the living, common area, and dining spaces are kept to a high standard, are consistently well-maintained, clean, and welcoming for residents, guests, and patrons. The Building Attendant will be tasked with supporting the smooth operation of assigned buildings, and act as a liaison between management teams, vendors, guests, and residents.
The main hours being:
- 3pm-1030pm, Thursday through Saturday, possibly Sundays if there’s an event scheduled.
- Two weekdays would be generally 8-430 and would be largely janitorial.
The position will be really heavy on cleaning, building upkeep, task completion, and communication.
