Leading regional commercial property management firm in New England is seeking an experienced building engineer to join our growing facilities management and maintenance team.
This role will support 2 commercial office sites in Hampton and Newington, with the engineer required to travel between both locations, mileage reimbursed, and all supplies/tools provided.
HVAC certification required; immediate opportunity for growth and promotion within 6-12 mos.
Building Engineer / Facilities Maintenance
Hampton, NH/ Newington, NH
35.00-40.00/hour / 80k after initial trial period
**Standard Schedule / 8-5**
occasional weekend /evening on-call
Responsibilities:
– Lead all facilities and maintenance requests for 2 commercial office sites
– Assist Lead Engineer with all on-site maintenance and facilities WO’s
– HVAC Project Repairs
– Lighting, filter replacement, roofing repairs, light fixtures, basic plumbing and HVAC
Requirements:
-Must be HVAC certified
– Direct experience with commercial property preferred; residential acceptable
– Ability to work independently and in teams to complete facilities requests
