A national leader in workplace solutions is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative to join its growing team. This role plays a critical part in driving new business opportunities by identifying and connecting with key HR and Total Rewards decision-makers, with a focus on building interest in the company’s suite of family care benefits.
This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on setting qualified meetings for Client Services Directors across the U.S., helping them expand partnerships with some of the country’s top employers. This is a high-visibility position ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, account mapping, and prospect engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate outbound leads and sales meetings with HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards executives at priority target accounts

Conduct account research and build organizational maps to identify and prioritize key decision-makers

Understand and articulate the values and how they align with employee engagement and retention strategies

Partner with regional sales leaders to execute territory growth plans and share insights gathered from outreach

Use tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to manage outreach strategy, track success metrics, and refine messaging
What You Bring:

2–4 years of experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or business development

Strong communication and objection-handling skills, both verbal and written

Proven success hitting lead generation goals or sales quotas

Ability to tailor messaging to senior leaders based on research, current trends, and organizational goals

Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools preferred (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a sales environment
This hybrid role in MA and requires in-office presence three days per week.
