Case Manager/Intake Worker
Salary: $24-28/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, evening hours as assigned
Location: Washington, DC
Requirements:
- Covid vaccination and booster required
- Flu vaccination required (if they choose not to receive it, they will be required to wear a mask at work)
- Bachelors Degree required – must be a BSW degree or have related human behavior background/experience
- Appropriate license/certification a plus
- LSWA certification a plus
- At least 2 years of experience working in behavioral health
- Data entry experience
- Experience completing intake assessments for clients
- Experience developing treatment plans according to ASAM placement levels
- Experience with charting and maintaining documentation
- Experience facilitating treatment groups
- EMR experience required
- Experience working with ECW strongly preferred
- Experience working with HIV/AIDS clients a plus
