Case Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Hours:
- Full time – Temp to Hire
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with one year of related work experience in homelessness, recovery supports, harm reduction, or trauma-informed service delivery.
- Alternatively, we will consider applicants with 5+ years of experience specifically related to families exiting homelessness, particularly those with a history of substance use, even without a degree.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car for travel between client locations and various community resources.
- Provide case management to formerly homeless individuals and families.
- Support clients in maintaining stable housing in scattered site or community-based locations.
- Use evidence-based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing, to assist clients.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and monitor individual service plans (ISP).
- Focus on goals related to education, vocational training, medical care, life skills, and housing.
- Help clients access resources and services to address housing barriers (e.g., CORI mitigation, credit repair, financial applications).
- Assist clients in overcoming challenges to maintaining stable housing.
Pay Rate:
- $24/hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
