$80-85k salary based on experience
Mon-Fri 8 am – 4 pm, no on call!

Centerville / Plymouth, MA (field-based)

Summary:
The Clinical Manager of Community-Based Programs will primarily oversee clinical supervision and operational management of community-based behavioral health programs. This position supervises staff, ensures program quality and compliance, and collaborates with justice and community partners.

Note: This is a field-based role covering Centerville and Plymouth. The manager will travel frequently to community program sites, correctional facilities, and partner agencies. There is no ongoing clinical caseload, though occasional involvement in complex cases may be required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and oversight of care management professionals in the community and at correctional facilities

  • Review operational procedures to identify needs and develop solutions

  • Ensure staff compliance with policies, procedures, trainings, and supervision requirements

  • Coordinate with justice entities (probation, parole, drug court, correctional facilities) and community partners

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and operational changes to achieve service excellence

  • Identify and mitigate safety and clinical risks proactively

  • Participate in strategic planning, policy development, and program growth

  • Represent the organization in community outreach activities and partnership development

  • Monitor compliance with standards related to credentialing and regulatory agencies

  • Provide additional professional support to staff and clients as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field

  • Management or supervisory experience

  • Experience in behavioral healthcare and/or substance use disorder treatment

  • Experience in community-based care management or hospital social work preferred

  • Experience in community outreach preferred

  • Strong leadership, operational, and management skills
