Hiring for a Clinical Research Coordinator with a hospital in Boston, MA
Pay: $28/hr
M-F days 40 hours/week
6 month contract to start off with extension/conversion potential
Description:
- Master’s Degree is required (A Bachelor’s degree may be considered for candidates with 5 years of research experience preferred).
- 3 years of clinical research, public health research experience or research working with high-risk patient populations.
- Prefer candidates that have experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, pregnant women and infants, and/or individuals trained in conducting pediatric neurodevelopmental exams (NNNS, Bayleys).
- Previous experience with grant writing, IRB submissions, data management, and database development, preferred. Clinical trial experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
- Cultural sensitivity and comfort with a wide range of social, racial and ethnic populations.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, database systems, and Internet. Experience using quantitative data analysis software helpful (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Minitab).
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all personal/health sensitive information. Flexibility to take occasional evening and weekend on-call when PI is not available.
