Position: Closing Specialist
Location: Warwick, RI
Pay: $17-21/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday Full Time
We are currently looking for top talent to fill our role of Closing Specialist. Excellent customer service skills and high attention to
detail are key because this person works as part of our closing team to ensure an
exceptional client closing experience.
Responsibilities
Preparing settlement statements
Reviewing Title
Obtaining balances due on taxes and utilities
Obtaining invoices for payment
Confirming document recording fees
Coordinating scheduling of the closing with all parties
Manage multiple reporting functions.
Manage the closing inbox, ensuring communication with clients in a timely manner via telephone or email.
Resolve any problems, issues, or questions, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate resolution for funding.
Participates in other duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and general computer use
Previous experience in title review, curative and/or mortgage or title industry a plus
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
