Position Summary

An experienced transactional real estate paralegal is sought to support attorneys in all phases of real estate deals. This role involves managing transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting documents, and coordinating with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders. Strong knowledge of real estate law, excellent organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential. Responsibilities also include supporting corporate matters such as document preparation, records management, and organizing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys with property acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing transactions.

  • Organize and manage closings by preparing checklists, reviewing settlement statements, and handling closing documentation.

  • Draft and revise deeds, leases, purchase agreements, and related real estate documents.

  • Review titles and surveys, identify boundary or title issues, and compile zoning, tax, and property records.

  • Act as the main contact point among attorneys, clients, lenders, title agents, and other parties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s plus relevant experience and/or training; completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program preferred.

  • At least 5 years of real estate paralegal experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
