What You’ll Do

Master the Money: Take charge of financial management—budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance—keeping our operations as smooth as our nine-course dinners.
Lead with Insight: Analyze financial data, prepare statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow), and spot trends to fuel smart decisions.
Keep It Tight: Oversee the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and ensure every transaction is spot-on using QuickBooks.
Guide the Team: Mentor a small crew of accountants, setting goals and inspiring excellence to hit our financial targets.
Stay Compliant: Navigate GAAP, tax regs, and internal controls like a pro, safeguarding our assets and acing audits.
Innovate Boldly: Streamline processes, implement best practices, and boost efficiency—think of it as perfecting the recipe for our finance function.
Strategize with Leadership: Present actionable insights to senior management, helping us grow smarter and stronger.

What You Bring

Experience That Counts: 3+ years in financial management (budgeting, forecasting, analysis), ideally in food service, manufacturing, or hospitality.
QuickBooks Mastery: You know it inside out—it’s a must-have for this role.
Education Edge: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA? Even better!).

Pay Transparency & Nondiscrimination Statement
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
