$50-$60k ( flexible based on experience) 

Responsibilities 

  1.  Facilitating all phone calls
    • Supporting customers and sales team
    • Provide premium customer service and responsiveness

  3. Managing all calls, emails, faxes, etc. for NON Key Account Customers 
    • Info email box maintained daily
    • Provide, when requested, statuses on customer orders, inventory and general administrative information
    • Entering NON-Key Customer Orders on a daily basis.
    • Ensuring proper date structure is accurate on all SOs along with changing of lead times and notifications to customers 
    • Sending order confirmations to each customer within 24 hours
    • Selling/converting orders to items currently in stock to facilitate quick turnaround shipments
    • Knowledge of our product lines to allow for answering basic questions including scope of delivery, ordering information, pricing, etc.

                       
•   Maintaining customer portals and corresponding through them as needed
     •    Identifying new customers and proper coordinating with       teammate for entry

  • Communicate with internal team on ay issues/escalations
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Assist with year-end closing/cycle count
  • Provide proper vendor details per customer requests
  • Proper maintenance of customer card in BC to ensure accurate information
  • Efiling of all documents in BC and Teams
  • Maintaining proper Customer PO information that coincides with office policies (i.e. tax exemptions, shipping terms, etc.)
  • Reporting as needed
  • Any additional functions that fall under a customer support function and that may be deemed necessary in the future
