Responsibilities
- Facilitating all phone calls
- Supporting customers and sales team
- Provide premium customer service and responsiveness
- Customer Service
- Managing all calls, emails, faxes, etc. for NON Key Account Customers

- Info email box maintained daily
- Provide, when requested, statuses on customer orders, inventory and general administrative information
- Entering NON-Key Customer Orders on a daily basis.
- Ensuring proper date structure is accurate on all SOs along with changing of lead times and notifications to customers
- Sending order confirmations to each customer within 24 hours
- Selling/converting orders to items currently in stock to facilitate quick turnaround shipments
- Knowledge of our product lines to allow for answering basic questions including scope of delivery, ordering information, pricing, etc.
• Maintaining customer portals and corresponding through them as needed
• Identifying new customers and proper coordinating with teammate for entry
- Communicate with internal team on ay issues/escalations
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Assist with year-end closing/cycle count
- Provide proper vendor details per customer requests
- Proper maintenance of customer card in BC to ensure accurate information
- Efiling of all documents in BC and Teams
- Maintaining proper Customer PO information that coincides with office policies (i.e. tax exemptions, shipping terms, etc.)
- Reporting as needed
- Any additional functions that fall under a customer support function and that may be deemed necessary in the future
