Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to support customer inquiries, order processing, and shipping coordination. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, solid systems skills, and an interest in logistics and operations.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Process orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues

Coordinate domestic and international shipping (FedEx/UPS/DHL)

Maintain accurate records in CRM or order management systems

Support inventory and import logistics with internal and international teams
Qualifications

Customer service and order fulfillment experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with CRM or e-commerce systems (HubSpot, Shopify, or similar)

Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes preferred
