Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring delivery of service excellence.
- Assist customers with order processing, shipping, and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with various departments both in our UK office and remotely in the US, to resolve issues expeditiously.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions utilizing various software platforms.
- Analyze customer feedback and assist with data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage import operations by coordinating with logistics teams in the UK regarding inventory management and importing of goods into the US.
Skills
- Strong service operations and logistics skills with an emphasis on problem solving and resolution.
- Familiarity with both domestic and international shipping logistics and customs/border clearance processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and cross departmentally.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, problem resolution skills and attention to detail.
- Fed Ex/UPS/DHL shipping administration
- HubSpot/Shopify or other like CRM and/or E-Commerce software
