Customer Service Rep
Location: Boston, MA

Hours:

  • Full-time hours
  • Monday – Friday: 6am – 2pm OR
  • Monday – Friday: 12pm-8pm

Job Requirements:

  • Employees will be located at MBTA Train stops and Bus terminals.
  • There will also be a group doing employee surveys in the lounges and break areas.
  • Employee will be responsible for distributing surveys using an electronic tablet at train stations and bus terminals.
  • Everyone will get training and direction.
  • High-school diploma
  • 21 years or older
  • At least one year of work experience
  • Availability for the entire course of the project ideally
  • Punctual
  • Detail-oriented
  • Personable, good communicator
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Pay Rate:

  • $18/ hour
