Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: Auburn, MA
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule:? M-F (10:30am-7pm)?
***Remote work possible after training. Will go remote after 2 mos. of training. ***
Schedule: 10:30AM-7:00PM
Responsibilities:
- High volume inbound customer calls, including talk-time metrics
- Update customer accounts
- Process and enter payments
- Setup new accounts & modify existing accounts
?Requirements:
- Ability to type?>?40 wpm?
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills?
- Experience speaking on the phone
