Customer Service Representative

Hours:
- Full time hours
- Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer service calls
- Answer questions about insurances, healthcare, and medical
- Document calls in timely fashion
- Escalate calls to management team, as needed
Requirements:

- Some experience with medical terminology, insurance or healthcare
- Strong professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer and technology skills
Pay Rate:
- $18/ Hour
