Customer Service Representative
Location:
Lynn, MA
Hours:

  • Mon-Thursday 8-5pm
    • 8-1pm on Friday
  • Full time in office

Qualifications:

  • Strong, persistent, and professional communication skills with clients are a must.
  • Ability to multitask (i.e. phone, computer, notebook)
  • Must be organized in both digital databases and paperwork
  • Must have basic knowledge and experience of Microsoft, outlook, Excel, Word, Google calendar.
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience minimum required on phone sales.

Position Details:

  • Answer phones professionally and gather all appropriate information to fast track the call to the correct person and department.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound scripted calling and email on all lead follow up.
  • Communicate with all departments in assisting with all incoming calls.
  • Maintain daily documentation of all activity

Pay Rate:

  • $22-23/hour
