Job Overview
This is a full-time on-site position as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving customer concerns, processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for Customer Care Representative
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
- Attention to detail
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of computer software. Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
