Customer Service Representative

JOB PURPOSE:  To enter customer orders and handle customer calls and requests in an appropriate and timely manner. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Enter orders based on faxes, emails and telephone calls Provide written and verbal quotes to customers Respond to customer requests for information and documents Direct phone calls as needed (main line, etc.) Resolve customer issues SKILLS REQUIRED:  Strong attention to detail; Ability to work well with others and as an individual Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Problem-solving skills JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  Education:  Minimum relevant experience guidelines: 2 years or a  B.S. degree Knowledge & Experience One to three years related experience and/or training in the field. Excellent computer skills Good written and verbal communication skills Accounting knowledge helpful #toponehire
