JOB PURPOSE:
To enter customer orders and handle customer calls and requests in an appropriate and timely manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Enter orders based on faxes, emails and telephone calls
- Provide written and verbal quotes to customers
- Respond to customer requests for information and documents
- Direct phone calls as needed (main line, etc.)
- Resolve customer issues

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Minimum relevant experience guidelines: 2 years or a B.S. degree
Knowledge & Experience
- One to three years related experience and/or training in the field.
- Excellent computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Accounting knowledge helpful
