Responsibilities:
- Answering customer’s calls promptly and professionally with the result of striving to exceed their needs
- Assist in placing orders primarily over the phone, but also via email and fax
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify solutions and resolve customer problems to prevent recurrence.
- Record and follow up product quality issues raised by customers.
- Adhere to all customer service policies.
- Provide clear, courteous communication with customers both verbally and in writing.
- Perform additional customer service duties as assigned
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in all aspects of the job
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- College degree or equivalent job experience required
- Ability to undertake and achieve multiple tasks in a fast pace environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully in a team environment
