Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer’s calls promptly and professionally with the result of striving to exceed their needs
  • Assist in placing orders primarily over the phone, but also via email and fax
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify solutions and resolve customer problems to prevent recurrence.
  • Record and follow up product quality issues raised by customers.
  • Adhere to all customer service policies.
  • Provide clear, courteous communication with customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform additional customer service duties as assigned
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in all aspects of the job

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • College degree or equivalent job experience required
  • Ability to undertake and achieve multiple tasks in a fast pace environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully in a team environment
