Qualifications: Call center experience preferred Knowledge of cars/trucks/diagnosing/repairs a plus but not required. Good phone skills Fast/accurate typing skills Comfortable in fast paced at times Team player Customer service focused Duties: Answering inbound calls from customers needing roadside support (flat tires, dead batteries, accidents, etc). Taking customer information, location, and establishing what is going on. Dispatching service technicians, tow trucks, or techs to bring parts like new tire or battery Updating information in database for tracking Getting billing information for services General customer service issues  #zip
