Customer Service Representative 
Shelton, CT 
 

  • $24-26/hr 
  • Hours 9:00AM – 5:00PM – Fridays 8:00AM – 4:00PM
  • Temporary to hire 
  • Looking for someone to start ASAP! 

Responsibilities 

  • Field calls , emails, and customer inquiries via software to process sales orders 
  • Update CRM software with customer information 
  • Provide customer shipping instructions and certificate of analysis, they use Great Plains 
  • Be main liaison between customers and company 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of customer service experience – manufacturing / distribution a must 
  • Excellent verbal / written abilities 
  • Tech savy – majority of position requires technology 
  • Great plains experience a plus but not a requirement
