Customer Service Representative

- Hours 9:00AM – 5:00PM – Fridays 8:00AM – 4:00PM

Responsibilities
- Field calls , emails, and customer inquiries via software to process sales orders
- Update CRM software with customer information
- Provide customer shipping instructions and certificate of analysis, they use Great Plains
- Be main liaison between customers and company
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience – manufacturing / distribution a must
- Excellent verbal / written abilities
- Tech savy – majority of position requires technology
- Great plains experience a plus but not a requirement
