We are working with a 200+ unit Apartment complex in Bridgeton that is in need of a Data Entry Clerk to assist with Office duties.
This is a 2 week project starting ASAP. Hours are 830am – 5pm Mon-Fri and paying $20-21/hour
Some office experience is needed.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining our records. You will also be responsible for organizing and storing documents securely.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data from various sources into our database.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-checking information and correcting discrepancies.
- Maintain and update databases and records.
- Organize and store documents securely, both physically and digitally.
- Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Follow data entry protocols to meet confidentiality and security standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with specific industry software or databases.
- Experience with data entry systems and automation tools.
- Knowledge of data security practices and protocols.
