Responsibilities:
- Work with management team understand top line revenue needs, manage costs, and ultimately meet budgeted EBITDA goals.
- Manage day to day operations to ensure on time delivery of customer equipment with exceptional product quality.
- Ability to manage supply base to meet production demand, encourage Just in Time philosophy and meet PPV goals.
- Manage the organization to published QMS abiding by ISO 2015 criteria to limit risk and strive for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Software departments in participating in design reviews for new products, product refreshes/updates and working towards DFM.
- Manage, hire, train and supervisor manufacturing employees to ensure a productive team.
- Reduce manufacturing labor costs with effective use of lean principals including 5S, process mapping and kaizen activities.
- Work with management team to set annual operational KPIs and manage these to individuals so that all are in lock step with overall business direction.
- Work with Finance to review and understand monthly budget performance as it relates to overall P&L performance.
- Work with Materials team to manage and reduce inventory as a critical component to cash flow.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with customers related to production and shipping schedules, as well as hosting customer visits related to equipment runoff requirements.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in engineering or other technical discipline, MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of operational management experience or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience managing teams of employees
- Experience working in, or directly managing a P&L.
- Proven abilities in implementation and maintaining of ERP systems.
- Lean manufacturing and 5S experience are desired.
- ISO 2015 experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and excellent attention to detail abilities.
- Lead and organize cross functional teams for creative problem solving.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent professional communication skills and appropriate grammar as related to utilizing communication tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to maintain electronic and manual files as necessary.
