About Us
We are a global, mission-driven organization dedicated to improving lives through innovation, quality, and collaboration. With teams across multiple regions, we are committed to fostering a culture where employees are supported, recognized, and empowered to do their best work. Our environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and grounded in values of integrity, equity, and excellence.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Total Rewards to shape and lead our global compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition strategies. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll design programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent—while ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with our business goals.
If you’re passionate about building people programs that balance innovation, equity, and performance, this opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on a growing, mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and manage global compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and executive compensation.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles—merit reviews, bonus programs, and market benchmarking.
  • Partner with Finance and HR Business Partners to ensure pay practices align with budgets and talent strategies.
  • Oversee global benefits programs spanning health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
  • Continuously enhance offerings to support employee well-being and market competitiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
  • Administer global equity programs (stock options, RSUs) in partnership with Legal and Finance.
  • Create and launch recognition initiatives that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Use data-driven insights to support compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (ACA, ERISA, GDPR, etc.).
  • Maintain governance and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Total Rewards professionals.
  • Collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal, and business functions on strategic initiatives.
  • Advise senior leadership on market trends, risks, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s/MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with global scope.
  • Background in a regulated industry such as life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, benefits regulations, and equity programs.
  • Skilled with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., Bamboo, UKG, Radford).
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

Why Join Us?

  • Play a key role in shaping a global people strategy.
  • Lead a high-impact team in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
  • Help build programs that support equity, well-being, and career growth for employees worldwide.

Location & Work Model
This role offers Hybrid/Remote Flex. While some in-person collaboration may be required, we support flexible work arrangements that balance remote work with time in the office.
