eDiscovery Coordinator – Chicago (Hybrid)

A national law firm is seeking an eDiscovery Coordinator. This hybrid role, based in Chicago, supports litigation attorneys, paralegals, and vendors on eDiscovery and trial support matters. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team communications to ensure timely responses and updates.

  • Support litigation support staff with project tracking and task management.

  • Manage access and security for shared drives and cloud-based solutions.

  • Provide technical support for eDiscovery platforms, virtual data rooms, and FTP systems.

  • Assist with data processing, review, and quality control of document productions.

  • Help case teams prepare for depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

  • Coordinate software licenses, equipment, and transactional billing.

  • Maintain documentation, support case closure, and assist with physical evidence tracking.

  • Collaborate on software rollouts and internal initiatives.

  • Track time daily for all billable and non-billable tasks.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of eDiscovery experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; certifications such as CEDS, RCA, PMP, or CIPP are a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

  • Strong interest in legal technology and process improvement.
