eDiscovery Coordinator – Chicago (Hybrid)
A national law firm is seeking an eDiscovery Coordinator. This hybrid role, based in Chicago, supports litigation attorneys, paralegals, and vendors on eDiscovery and trial support matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor team communications to ensure timely responses and updates.

Support litigation support staff with project tracking and task management.

Manage access and security for shared drives and cloud-based solutions.

Provide technical support for eDiscovery platforms, virtual data rooms, and FTP systems.

Assist with data processing, review, and quality control of document productions.

Help case teams prepare for depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

Coordinate software licenses, equipment, and transactional billing.

Maintain documentation, support case closure, and assist with physical evidence tracking.

Collaborate on software rollouts and internal initiatives.

Track time daily for all billable and non-billable tasks.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of eDiscovery experience.

Bachelor’s degree required; certifications such as CEDS, RCA, PMP, or CIPP are a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Strong interest in legal technology and process improvement.
