- Salary Range: $295,000 – $345,000 (Based on experience and location)
- Graduation Years: 2018-2021 Law School Graduates
- Bar Membership: New York State bar required, New Jersey State bar admission is a plus
Firm Details:
- Firm Type: Large law firm with lockstep compensation
- Base Salary: $215,000 out of clerkship, lockstep
- Billable Hours: No billable requirement as of this year. Previously 2150 hours with uncapped inclusion of CLE, training, recruiting, and pro bono work.
- In-Office Requirement: Minimum 3 days per week, more if workload demands
Job Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2 years at a law firm with employment litigation experience (Clerkships included)
- Experience must be focused on employment litigation, not just a few cases
- Skills and Characteristics:
- Intelligence and ambition
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous cases
- Strong writing and oral presentation skills
- Strong academic credentials (top law school and/or experience at a top law firm)
- Commitment:
- Employment litigation and other employment practice areas such as counseling and drafting agreements
