Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for projects, analyzing blueprints and specifications, and working closely with the design and fabrication teams. The Estimator will also collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in estimating and bidding for construction projects
  • Ability to analyze blueprints and specifications
  • Knowledge of metal work fabrication and installation preferred
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam required
