Hiring for a Financial Analyst for a healthcare facility in Boston, MA. Fully on-site role.
M-F day shift 8 hour days. 40 hours/week
Help support department leadership with processing expenses & reimbursements in various platforms. Will also monitor and track expenses. Maintaining financial files.
Bachelors Degree required, with preference for concentration in Economics, Business, Accounting or Finance.
Master in Business or Public Administration preferred.
Minimum of 2 -3 years professional experience in a financial analysis or accounting function.
Experience may be waive for candidates with Infor, Chrome River, Spreadsheet Management, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Ability to interpret financial data and operating metrics
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires superior interpersonal skills to effectively work and communicate with all levels of Management inside and outside Finance.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.
