- Mon-Fri 9 am – 5pm, on call rotation
- Reports to Director of Foster Care Services
- This position travels in the Boston area to homes to support the Case Managers. Occasional travel to Easthampton main office location. Business travel outside of normal commute is compensated.
Duties:
- Supervise case managers
- Staff training and orientation
- Monitor record keeping, compliance, reporting
- Facilitate weekly meetings
- Provide Foater Parent training
- Develop policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work or related field
- Clinical experience
- Supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license is required and auto insurance
