Full job description
Our client is a leading technology company headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire. Since its establishment in 2003, they have been dedicated to serving the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) industry.
They are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team in Boston, MA. This newly created position will report to the Director of FP&A and will play a key role in building tools to make recommendations and support strategic decision-making in high-growth scenarios.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Assist in preparing detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations.
- Analyze financial performance by comparing actuals against budget/forecast, and provide variance analysis with actionable insights
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance
- Partner with business units to understand key drivers, trends, and risks
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Participate in preparation of board presentations and executive briefings
Requirements for the position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong Excel modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Minimum 10% travel as needed for company and team events.

- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and any FP&A software
