Full Charge Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
– Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
– Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly.
– Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
– Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements.
– Perform payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
– Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
– Collaborate with project managers and department heads to track project expenses.
– Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes.
– Assist with financial audits and tax preparations.
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
– Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
– Proficiency in QuickBooks and BuilderTrend.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
– Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling industry (a plus).
– CPA certification (a plus).
