Job Title: General Maintenance Technician – Residential Properties
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including copper pipe installation, soldering, leak repair, and fixture replacement.

Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct basic pool maintenance such as skimming, chemical testing and adjustments, pump and filter checks, and ensuring safety compliance.

Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues as needed.

Coordinate with property management and tenants for access and scheduling of repairs.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and applicable codes.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or certification in plumbing or maintenance a plus.

Proven experience in general property maintenance, preferably in a multi-family or apartment setting.

Proficient in working with copper pipes and plumbing systems.

Basic knowledge of pool care, including chemical balance and cleaning procedures.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):

HVAC certification or experience
