General Maintenance Technician

Hours:
Full time hours
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30pm
Job Requirements:
- Perform routine inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including copper pipe installation, soldering, leak repair, and fixture replacement.
- Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct basic pool maintenance such as skimming, chemical testing and adjustments, pump and filter checks, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues as needed.
- Coordinate with property management and tenants for access and scheduling of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and applicable codes.
Pay Rate:
- Up to $24/ hour
