HR / Accounting Assistant

Position Duties:
- Administer benefit plans
- Assist in recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as PTO and benefits, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Organize annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain General ledger workpapers and related journal entries
- Maintain Payroll related workpapers and related journal entries
- Maintain Cash related workpapers and related journal entries
- Act as backup for Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables
Pay Rate:
- $26-30/ Hour depending on Experience
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
