HR Generalist (Part-Time)

Location: Turner Falls, MA (In-Office)
Schedule: Part-Time, 25–30 hours per week
Pay Rate: $35/hour


Position Overview

A mission-driven organization is seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources functions. This role focuses on compliance, employee relations, and maintaining HR policies and procedures. The position is fully on-site.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives

  • Assist with employee relations, including employee inquiries and issue resolution

  • Provide general HR support across onboarding, documentation, and internal processes

  • Ensure HR practices align with organizational standards and applicable regulations

  • Partner with leadership on daily HR operations and best practices


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance

  • Experience handling employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fully in-office environment
